Justice Mohsin Kiyani gave remarks that people who are in government today, would they also be accused tomorrow? Those who sign LNG contracts today would they also be culprits tomorrow?

NAB prosecutor in argumentation said that we have requested current government’s terminal three report as well.

Justice Akhtar Kiyani remarked that now government will take NOC from NAB before doing anything? Should Minister Petroleum send the summary to NAB rather than Prime Minister?

What the current government is doing regarding this matter, he added. If the national exchequer is being incurred losses why government is not shutting it down?

After hearing the argumentation, IHC rejected the extension in bail of Miftah Ismael and Imran Ul Haq.

Former finance minister Miftah Ismael is also accused to be partner in crime with former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in LNG case.
