Overall situation of Sindh and situation after recent monsoon rains was discussed as Prime Minister meets Governor Sindh.
Previously, light and heavy showers poured down in many areas of Karachi.
Highest rain fall has been recorded in airport area in last two hours. Malir, Model Colony, Hassan Square, Old Sabzi Mandi, Jail Chowrangi and Saddar areas are still facing rainfall.
After the very first monsoon rain, the roads of Karachi were drowning meanwhile many of the Karachi Electric feeders tripped due to which power supply was also affected to many areas.
Shahra-e-Faisal was facing traffic congestion due to rain water flooding on roads.
PM and governor Sindh also discussed the cleanliness of Karachi and issues faced by the citizens of Karachi. The solutions were also exchanged between the two leaders.
Previously, Prime Minister Imran Khan reached Karachi on a two-day official trip.
PM held a meeting with businessmen community of the metropolis.
Federal Minister for Water and Power Faisal Vawda and Hamad Azhar also travelled along with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Chairman FBR Shabbar Zaidi, Finance Minister Abdul Hafeez Sheikh, Trade Advisor Abdul Razaq Dawood, also arrived in Karachi with Prime Minister.
