Twitter suspends Pakistani accounts voicing for Kashmir

Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) has made twitter, Facebook aware of suspension of pro-Kashmir twitter accounts of Pakistani being in violation of Twitter community guidelines.

According to PTA suspension of pro-Kashmir twitter accounts of Pakistani is an example of choking freedom of expression. PTA has taken the matter up with the relevant authorities after reports surfaced of accounts being suspended.

According to the details, PTA was continuously from last few days receiving reports and complaints of twitter accounts being suspended on the basis of supporting Kashmir cause and raising voice against Indian aggression in Kashmir.

Twitter has been blamed for suspending such accounts which are pro-Kashmiri and is trying to choke freedom of expression.
