Funeral prayer of martyred soldier Ghulam Rasool offered in Haji Pir sector

The Funeral procession of the Pakistan Army’s martyred soldier Ghulam Rasool was held in his native village in Haji Pir sector.

According to the details, Ghulam Rasool, who was martyred yesterday, was laid to rest in his hometown cemetery with honor, a large number of military and civilian officers including citizens attended the funeral.

The deputy commissioner, DPO and military officials attended the funeral and bid farewell to the brave soldier who was martyred while performing his duty for his beloved homeland.

Ghulam Rasool’s father, Ahmad Din, expressed his thoughts on the occasion and said I am feeling proud about the martyrdom of my son, I have 2 sons and I want to offer them too for the country by sending them to the Pakistan Army.

Four security personnel have been martyred and one sustained injuries. In two incidents of ceasefire violations have been reported at the western Line of Control area, according to Inter Service Public Relation (ISPR).

Miscreants opened fire on security personnel at Aba khel Spinwam area of Southern Waziristan.

23 year old soldier Akhtar Hussain, who belonged to Baltistan, embraced martyrdom.

Two violators were killed in the retaliation by the Pakistan armed forces.

The second incident took place at the Pak-Afghan border, Dir. Soldiers were busy in building a barbed wire along the border, when they were attacked. Three soldiers were martyred in the attack, whereas, one was injured.
