Friday 13th September, 2019

Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that no one will subject women and children to atrocities the way  Modi led government is doing in Kashmir.

Addressing a rally in Muzaffarabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Kashmiris have been trapped in the curfew and lockdown for the last 40 days in occupied Kashmir.

The Premier further reiterated that the Modi government will not succeed in its evil intentions in occupied Kashmir because Kashmiris have conquered the fear of death.

Imran Khan said that he chose to become Kashmir’s ambassador because he is a Pakistani, a Muslim and above all a human being. The Kashmir issue is a humanitarian issue, the premier added.

He said that, I want to convey the message to Narendra Modi that only cowards perpetrate brutalities on people the way Indian forces are doing in Kashmir by imposing a lockdown and curfew.

While addressing the Kashmir issue, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that 58 countries of the world endorsed the Pakistani stance that the Kashmiri people are being oppressed by the Indian actions while for the first time in 50 years, the Kashmir issue has been raised in the U.N. Security Council and the OIC has also demanded for the curfew to be ended in Indian-occupied Kashmir.

He added that US Senators have written a letter to President Trump and urged him to get involved in the Kashmir issue, while the issue of Kashmir has also been discussed in the British Parliament for the first time.
