Prime Minister Imran Khan says Kashmir has become a global issue and the entire international community has acknowledged our narrative.
Talking to Pakistani diaspora from different walks of life in Saudi Arabia, he said the purpose of his visit is to apprise Saudi leadership about the situation in Occupied Kashmir.
Imran Khan said our brothers in Kashmir are witnessing hard times and we have to highlight the Kashmir issue internationally.
He said the PTI government inherited a debt ridden economy and now efforts are being made to reform every sector and enhancing investment in the country.
Imran Khan said we are bringing legal reforms to protect investments of the overseas Pakistanis.
He said government is also ensuring ease of doing business to attract investors.
Earlier in a day, PM Imran Khan met Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman in Saudi Arabia today (Thursday).
Matters pertaining to mutual interest and bilateral relations were discussed during the meeting.
The Prime Minister apprised Saudi Crown Prince about the current situation in Occupied Kashmir.
Imran Khan also condemned the attack on oil installations of Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, on arrival at Royal Terminal of Jeddah, Prime Minister Imran Khan was welcomed by Governor of Makkah Khalid Al Faisal Bin Abdulaziz.
During his two-day official visit to Saudi Arabia, the Prime Minister will discuss the grave situation in Occupied Kashmir with the Saudi leadership before his visit to New York to attend the 74th Session of the UN General Assembly.
Imran Khan has been in regular contact with the Saudi Crown Prince on the Kashmir issue after India’s unilateral step to end special status of Kashmir and put it under crippling curfew and lock down on 5th of the last month.
