Two incidents of firing at Western border, 4 security personnel martyred

Four security personnel of Pakistani army have been martyred in two incidents of ceasefire violations at western Line of Control areas.

According to ISPR, Two incidents of ceasefire violations have been reported at the western Line of Control area. Four security personnel have lost their lives, whereas, one sustained injuries.

Miscreants opened fire on security personnel at Aba khel Spinwam area of Southern Waziristan.

23 year old soldiers Akhtar Hussain, who belonged to Baltistan, embraced martyrdom.

Two violators were killed in the retaliation by Pakistan armed forces.

Second incidents took place at Pak-Afghan border, Dir. Soldiers were busy in building a thorny wire across the border, when they were attacked. Three soldiers were martyred in the firing, whereas, one was injured.

On the other hand, 33 year old havaldar Nasir Hussain has been martyred in Indian ceasefire violations across Line of Control at Haji Pir Sector today.

According to ISPR, martyed halavdar Nasir belongs to Narowal dictrict.

Havaldar Nasir Hussain was serving Pakistan army since 16 years, ISPR stated.

On September 12, Pak Army soldier was martyred due to Indian troops’ unprovoked firing across the Line of Control (LoC) in Hajipir sector of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ&K).

According to the ISPR, the martyred soldier was Ghulam Rasool who belonged to Bahawalnagar.

It is pertinent to mention that on August 27 last month, intermittent firing was also carried out by the Indian Army on the Nikron sector of LoC, leaving two civilians dead, three civilians were injured and three houses were destroyed.
