ECP takes notice on PPP’s rally in Larkana

Election commission of Pakistan (ECP) took notice of the violation of the code of conduct at PS-11 by Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

ECP has sent notice to MNA Khursheed Junejo, advisor to the chief minister Nisar Khoro, provincial ministers Sohail Anwar Siyal, Syed Nasir Shah, Mukesh Chawla MPA Sharjeel Inaam Memon, and Ghanwar Isran.

The notice has been sent by district monitoring officer as per the instructions of district returning officer Nadeem Haider.

District returning officer Nadeem Haider had said that all the members of national and provincial assemblies, as well as all the provincial ministers, will submit their response within a day after receiving the notice.

Strict actions will be taken on the violation of code of conduct under sections 167 and 234 against those who will not submit their response.
