Rangers conduct operations in different areas of Karachi

Rangers completed search operations at Lines area, Chhipa head office, AB Senia Line and near Shaharah-e-Faisal.

According to rangers officials, over 20 suspects have been arrested during searching operations.

The arrested suspected have been taken to brigade police stations, the criminal record of all the suspects is being checked. More than 12 rangers’ vehicles, motorcycles and alliance force officers were present in the operations.

It should be remembered that regular raids and searches are underway over confidential information. This operation took place for the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain and to maintain the circumstances of the city.

Note that rangers underwent a search operation six days ago and 22 suspects were arrested.

Rangers’ Spokesperson had said that the arrested suspects included drug dealers and street criminals, whereas drugs and weapons have been confiscated from the accused ones which had been submitted to Police for legal actions.

The operations were done in Korangi, Gulshan-e-Maymar, P.I.B. and Brigade area.
