Farogh Naseem can’t represent any case, Pakistan Bar Council

Pakistan Bar Council raises objections on Farogh Naseem aftre he represents the case of extension in court.

According to details, Amjad Shah, Vice-Chairman of Pakistan Bar, said that the license has been suspended of farogh Nasim after which Farogh Naseem can not represent any case.

Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa was present in the court to hear the case while Farogh Naseem represented the case of extension of Chief of Army Staff in front of him.

During the hearing, the Chief Justice also spoke to Farogh Naseem.

Justice Asif Saeed Khosa addressed him and said that Farogh Naseem should solve your problem. We cannot spend days on the side issue.

On the other hand, President Arif Alvi approved the resignation of Farogh Naseem from the Ministry of Law and Justice on the suggestion of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Be clear that the notification of his resignation is also issued on November 26, 2019

Farogh Naseem resigns from Ministry of Law and Justice

Earlier, Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed confirmed the resignation of Frogh Naseem during a press conference in Islamabad, saying that Feroz Naseem will appear in the court tomorrow as the lawyer of Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

Sheikh Rasheed said Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved the resignation of Farogh Naseem.
