The subcommittee of the cabinet will send its recommendations to cabinet in a matter pertaining to removal of Nawaz Sharif’s name from Exit Control Lists (ECL).

According to sources, PML-N has refused to submit surety bonds. The committee has saved its decision however it has given time to PML-N and NAB to submit their final answer here on Wednesday (today).

PML-N’s Atta Tarar said we have already submitted surety bonds to the court and there is no need to submit security now to the subcommittee.

Earlier, Federal cabinet of Pakistan has given conditional approval for removal of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif name from ECL.

According to the details, the federal cabinet has decided a conditional approval for former Prime Minister, he has to submit a surety bond.

Senator Dr. Farogh Naseem provide briefing on the technical aspects and also update about the progress of sub committees, on the issue.

Previously, the doctors at the Sharif Medical City Hospital and government formed medical team had also recommended shifting the erstwhile premier abroad for treatment.

Sharif’s name will be moved out from the no-fly-list for a limited period, whereas, he will have to submit security bonds to get the formal permission.
