Petroleum products prices jack up

On the recommendations by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the government has increased the price of petrol by Rs.1 per liter.

The Ministry of Finance has issued the notification for the month of November.

However, the price of light diesel has been decreased by Rs6.56 while that of kerosene by Rs2.39 per liter while high-speed diesel by 27-paisa per liter for the month of November.

After the increase, the new price of petrol is Rs114.24 per liter and HSD at Rs127.41 per liter.

The new fuel prices will be applicable from November 1.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Oil Gas and Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had sent a summary to the Ministry of Petroleum to increase the prices of Petroleum products.
