Army Chief visits Karachi

Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has visited Karachi Corps formation.

According to the Inter Service Public Relation (ISPR), the Army Chief witnessed the exercises of the Karachi Corps, Sindh Rangers in the border area.

Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa also appreciated the capabilities of the forces to deal with the traditional threat.

The Army Chief appreciated the competencies and vigilance of the forces to deal with the traditional menace. The Army Chief also addressed the soldiers and officers on the occasion.

PM Imran announces good news for traders amid Karachi visit

Remember that last week Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited SSG headquarters. Army Chief said that SSG commandos are our proud. Since creation of Pakistan, commandos, officers and soldiers have done countless services for defense of the country.

General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that the country has achieved stability by destroying the enemy forces and will not allow the deterioration of stability of the country at any cost.

Federal Govt files review petition over COAS extension verdict

Earlier on 25 December, change of guards ceremony was held at the Quaid’s mausoleum to commemorate Mr. Jinnah’s 144th birthday.to honor the Founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Cadets from Pakistan Military Academy assumed responsibilities of guards from Pakistan Air Force (PAF) cadets.

Major General Muhammad Ali and the chief guest of the ceremony, honored Quaid-e-Azam.

His expression was also recorded in the visitors’ book.

President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan have expressed their thoughts in separate messages to pay tribute to Mr. Jinnah.

The ceremony was started with Quran Khuwani at the tomb. Several seminars, exhibitions, debating events and other such activities are going to be organized today at both official and unofficial levels.
