COAS visited strike corps to witness training exercise

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited strike corps near Bahwalpur.

According to Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), COAS witnessed training exercise for conduct of transfrontier offensive operations.

Fighter aircraft of Pakistan Air Force and contingent of Royal Saudi Land Forces also participated in exercise.

On the occasion COAS appreciated high standards of training of all participants including Pakistan Air Force and contingent of Royal Saudi Land Forces also.

COAS said “Strike Corps have decisive role during war. Such exercises enhance confidence for exploiting their optimal combat potential. Pak Army from soldiers to gens is a well-trained & battle hardened cohesive force ready to take on any challenge confronting defense & security of Pakistan.
