All four women, who were arrested in Awaran, have been released from the jail.

According to the jail superintendent Khuzdar, women named Hameeda, Sakina, Nazil and Saeda were arrested by police and Levis forces in Awaran.

MPA Sana Ullah Baloch has confirmed the news in a tweet.

It should be remembered that these women were accused of keeping weapons and explosives. The four women were interrogated. However, they were released as they were proven innocent.

On the other hand, Balochistan National Party members had arranged protests at the press club in Dilbandin and Nokandi against their arrest. They had demanded the release of Baloch women.

Chairman BNP-Mengal Akhter Mengal had said in a Tweet that the women, who were arrested from Balochistan district Awaran, have been set free. He also informed that the women have returned to the home.

Akhter Mengal had said while giving a speech in the national assembly that the party will end its alliance with the ruling Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI). He also warned that this will not be the first event of leaving the alliance with the government.

It should be remembered that the judicial magistrate court in Khuzdar had sent four arrested Baloch women to jail. The women were arrested by police and Levis forces upon complaint of local people. It was claimed to have recovered bombs, pistols and bullets from these women.

These women were alleged to facilitate Baloch Liberation Front and Baloch Liberation Army. Police also claimed that these women belonged to Baloch Liberation Front.
