Universities create future leadership, says Imran Khan

Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that universities create future leadership and student unions are an integral part of this process.

In a message on the social networking site, Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that unfortunately the students’ unions in the universities of Pakistan have become a platoon and the atmosphere in the universities has been completely destroyed.

Universities groom future leaders of the country & student unions form an integral part of this grooming. Unfortunately, in Pakistan universities' student unions became violent battlegrounds & completely destroyed the intellectual atmosphere on campuses.

In a tweet PM Khan said, “Universities groom future leaders of the country & student unions form an integral part of this grooming. Unfortunately, in Pakistan universities’ student unions became violent battlegrounds & completely destroyed the intellectual atmosphere on campuses.”

Imran Khan also said, “We will establish a comprehensive & enforceable code of conduct, learning from the best practices in internationally renowned universities, so that we can restore & enable student unions to play their part in positively grooming our youth as future leaders of the country.”

He added in his message that we will develop a comprehensive and workable code of conduct, utilizing the best systems in the world ‘s leading intellectuals, so that we can lead them to the future of the student unions. Be able to play a positive role in the breeding process.
