Director General Inter Service Public Relation Major General Asif Ghafoor says the media has played a vital role in Pakistan army’s success.
Talking to Defense Reporters, DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor said the Defense Reporters Media Team has been our core team, media won the hearts of the soldiers and families of the martyrs, he added.
The DGISPR said that Pakistan has fought a survival war against terrorism in the last two decades. Defense reporters have backed forces in this war.
He said that Pak-India war was knocked out in February 2019 but the preparation, effective response of the forces of Pakistan paved the way for peace. The three armed services described themselves as capable forces.
Major General Asif Ghafoor said that the Pakistani leadership dealt with the threat of war effectively and Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s extraordinary military strategies saved South Asia from a great catastrophe, DG ISPR added.
The DGISPR said the Indian government and military leadership were making irresponsible statements and how can an army that has not defeated eight million Kashmiris for 71 years can defeat 207 million Pakistanis?
He said no one wins in the war but humanity is defeated but the forces of Pakistan will respond vigorously to any imposed war.
Major General Asif Ghafoor added “Indian leadership says Pakistan will finish 7 to 10 days Pakistan but I tell them Pakistan will always give you the surprise.
The DGISPR reiterated that we have told you before that you will start the war but we will end it.
