Prime Minister Imran Khan will attend the World Economic Forum 2020.

The event will be held in Davos Switzerland.

According to the sources, PM Imran Khan will depart on 21st January and will arrive back in Pakistan on 23rd January 2020.

Sources say that Prime Minister will highlight the development in Pakistan’s economy in the forum.

He will also invite various foreign investors to invest in Pakistan.

Sources say that the cabinet meeting, which was scheduled on Tuesday, has been postponed.

The expected dates of the meetings are 21 to 24 January 2020.

What is the World Economic Forum?

Note that The World Economic Forum is an annual meeting that will be held in Davos Klosters. It is an important meeting in which top leaders around the world collaborate with each other and engage in activities to discuss the global, regional and industry agendas at the start of every year.

Over 3,000 leaders from all over the world attend the meeting and they exchange thoughts on stakeholder capitalism, Sustainable development goals, and other agendas.

Agendas that will be discussed in the meeting include how to protect the earth, technology for good, healthy futures, society, and future of work, economics, business development, geopolitics, and others.  The meeting was first held in 1971.
