Prime Minister Imran Khan will address in Davos today where he will be highlighting Pakistan’s economic vision in front of world leaders.
As all eyes are on PM’s address, before this Imran Khan met with other dignitaries from whom he discussed various business and digitization strategies.
PM meets ADB, IMF Presidents
Imran Khan met the President of International Monetary Fund (IMF) Kristalina Georgieva and the President of Asian Development Bank (ADB) Masatsugu Asakawa separately on Wednesday.
Both the meetings also attended by the Prime Minister’s Advisor on Finance Dr Abdul Hafeez Sheikh and other officials.
PM meets Youtube, Siemens CEOs
Earlier today, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siemens Joe Kaeser and the CEO of YouTube Susan Wojcicki also met Prime Minister Imran Khan in Davos.
Discussions held on utilizing digital platforms for image building of Pakistan, promotion of tourism and attracting investments.
Utilization of digital platforms for promotion of education also discussed.
PM meets US, Azerbaijan Presidents
So far Prime Minister Imran Khan has held bilateral meetings with the US President Donald Trump.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and the Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
PM addresses Strategy Dialogue
Besides, he also addressed a Moderated Session of Pakistan Country Strategy Dialogue at World Economic Forum Congress Center in Davos today.
Addressing the forum he said We will not become part of any ones war.
He said Pakistan has lost more than 70,000 lives in war against terrorism.
Imran Khan said The era of 60s the brightest era of Pakistan.
However the the era of 70’s caused major problems.
He said the youth of Pakistan is very competitive and playing a vital role in the country’s progress.
Pakistan faced major loss in war against terrorism.
There are many tourist destinations in Pakistan that are beyond the eyes of the world.
