Imran Khan, Prime Minister PM directs while presiding a meeting in Islamabad, authorities to provide relief reducing petrol and gas prices.

As per details, PM directs for consideration of every feasible option to provide relief to the people by reducing prices of petrol and gas.

He said that the government’s main objective is to extend maximum possible relief to the low income group.

PM directed his Special Assistant to immediately formulate comprehensive road-map with possibility to bringing down prices of petrol, diesel and gas.

He said despite all factors, government cannot remain silent and every option should explored for provision of maximum relief.

PM’s Special Assistant on Petroleum Nadeem Babar briefed him over the price mechanism of petrol, diesel and gas sector.

Also on global factors and prospects to reduce the prices and recommendations in this regard.

Earlier he directed Interior Minister to establish complaint management system at every police station of the capital.

He also directed to make Islamabad a model safe and secure city.

He presided over a meeting on civic amenities in the capital.
