China has sent its relief assistance today in Pakistan.

Sources say that Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi received the relief assistance at Islamabad International Airport to thank the government and people of China, on behalf of the Pakistani government and its people.

Sources say that the relief assistance from China includes 12,000 test kits, 30 million masks, 10 thousand protective suits and 4 million dollars to create an isolation hospital.

Note that the Sindh government and the Federal Capital have been provided with 50 thousand masks each by the Xinjiang government.

Apart from that, private sources from China have also sent a handsome amount of donations to Pakistan.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan on Saturday said that battling the scourge of coronavirus is an obligation of each and every Pakistani, BOL News reported.

Firdous Ashiq Awan took to Twitter and said that the government is very much inclined to resolve all the issues arising for journalists and wage workers.

SAPM Awan also revealed that a second round of media talks with provincial ministers of Information will be held later in the day for matters pertaining to the coronavirus pandemic.

Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar broke the bad news last night revealing the death of a 22 year old youth due to coronavirus in the province.

Taking to Twitter, CM Buzdar wrote that he was revealing the news with a heavy heart and urged people to act responsibly and exercise great caution against the deadly pandemic.
