Pakistan has witnessed a significant rise in coronavirus cases, as the toll shoot to 193, more likely to come up.
As per details, much of the cases are reported in Sindh, where Sukkur has witnessed 119 cases, with Karachi 25.
The total number of deadly coronavirus cases in Sindh Province shoots to 146, however recent cases reported also from other provinces as well.
Sindh Government Spokesperson Senator Murtaza Wahab confirmed the increase in coronavirus positive cases.
He said in his tweet.”
Total number of ppl affected by corona virus in Sindh has reached 146. Out of this, 119 are Zaireen who are being kept in Sukkur, 26 are in Khi & 1 is in Hyd. This exponential increase is largely due to the recent inflow of ppl brought in from Taaftaan after a purported qurantine

In a recent statement Khyber Pukhtunkhwa health Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra also confirmed the rise in coronavirus positive cases in Pakistan.
Jhagra took to his Twitter handle to state,
Just received news that 15 of 19 individuals received in KP from Taftan have tested positive for Corona Virus. These are the first positive cases in KP.
They are being well looked after in quarantine in an isolated facility in DI Khan. More details soon.

All the confirmed cases have, however, been through the 14-day quarantine at the Taftan-Iran border.
Authorities in Zaman Town area of Karachi city, arrested two people holding public gatherings despite of the ban by the government.
Police has detained the two suspects and registered case against them.
On the other hand the health minister of Punjab Dr Yasmin Rashid has said that more than 100 people tested for deadly coronavirus in province.
Chief Minister Sindh
Earlier Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah warned of rise in coronavirus cases in Sindh, adding that not everyone can be kept in the hospital.
Addressing press conference in Karachi Chief Minister Sindh said there may be rise in coronavirus cases in the city.
However he said that not everyone can kept in the hospital.
Murad Ali Shah said that So far there has been no case of coronavirus from China in Sindh.
He said till now 393 people tested that came from Taftan, of which 27 found positive.
Many people do not know that they have a virus, added CM Sindh.
He said some people who can care for homes advised to stay at home
Chief Minister said that the test performed of those who are having travel history or in contact with the patients of coronavirus.
We can do a maximum of 200 tests a day said CM Sindh.
