The Punjab Police has presented guard of honor to doctors, nurses and paramedic staffs performing special duty at quarantine centers here at a ceremony held at trauma center Lahore.
According to the details, Punjab police also presented flowers bouquet to them and also hoisted white flags at all police stations to express solidarity with them.

On the occasion DPO Hafiz Wahid Mehmood and other police officers were also present.
While addressing the ceremony, Hafiz Wahid Mehmood said that doctors, nurses and paramedics’ services would be remember for ever as they front line force in fighting the war against coronavirus.
The doctors, nurses and paramedics are all hero of the nation and they deserve appreciation and acknowledgment,” he added.

DPO further stated that despite threat as they were out to protect several precious lives by putting their own health and lives on stake.
He hoped that soon the corona pandemic would be wipe out with the efforts of doctors, nurses and paramedics.
The DPO appealed general public to remain at homes as part of precautionary measures to keep themselves protected from coronavirus and others as well.
