Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has said that in past 24 hours 383 cases of novel coronavirus emerged in the province.

As per details, Chief Minister Sindh in his video message on Sunday, said the total number of novel coronavirus cases in Sindh has risen to 4615.

He said three more people died in past 24 hours due to coronavirus bringing the death tally to 81.

Murad Ali Shah said Today is the 61st day of the Corona outbreak and 383 cases reported for the first time in 24 hours.

Murad Ali Shah said We conducted a total of 38,188 tests till yesterday however To date, the total number of tests has reached 41,216.

As a result, 4615 cases emerged  which 11.2% of the total tests. The death toll from corona has risen to 81, which is the 1.8 percent of all patients. The condition of our 41 patients is critical and 12 of them are on ventilators.

At present 3662 patients are undergoing treatment said Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.

2432 or 66% of Corona patients isolated at home.  767 or 21% are in isolation centers while 463 or 13% are in hospitals. Out of 383 cases of Coronavirus  in Sindh, the highest number of 273 has been reported in Karachi.

There were 99 cases in District  Central Karachi, 80 in District South , 66 in District East, 20 in District West , 26 in Korangi and 10 in Malir.

17 cases reported in Sukkur, 7 in Hyderabad, 4 in Nowshero Feroz, 2 in Khairpur Mir’s, Thatta, Badin and Matiari, 1 each in Sanghar, Jamshoro, Dadu and Larkana.

Murad Ali Shah further said We’ve given you permission to start an online business. Murad Ali Shah advised to take all precautions such as wearing a mask, staying away from each other.
