Information Minister Punjab Fayyazul Hassan Chohan criticized Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and said that he will not be able find escape passage from NAB.

Addressing media,  Information Minister Punjab Fayyazul Hassan Chohan said Shehbaz Sharif, Opposition Leader in National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League (N) President will not able to escape from the accountability watchdog.

He said that Shehbaz Sharif is a burden on Pakistan’s economy.

Earlier he said The minister said, “Our journalists are on frontline despite the difficult situation of the global pandemic coronavirus.” During the fake news pandemic worldwide, Pakistani media is freely and brilliantly performing its duties.”

Let it be know that  Shehbaz Sharif on Monday appeared before National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in assets and money laundering cases.

As per details, a joint investigation team of the anti-corruption watchdog is interrogating the Opposition Leader  PML-N leader. Earlier, the NAB had summoned Shahbaz twice in the said investigation, but he didn’t appear before the bureau.

On April 22, Shehbaz had submitted his written reply, but the NAB considered it dis satisfactory and had asked him to appear in person before the NAB on May 4. Earlier, the National Accountability Bureau had officially warned Shahbaz Sharif that a legal action will be taken against him if he doesn’t appear before the bureau’s investigators on April 22 in the alleged money laundering investigation against him and his family members. The NAB had assured Shahbaz that all social distancing measures would be adopted and investigators would only ask questions related to the alleged money laundering from a safe distance.
