National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has called the opposition leader and president of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Shahbaz Sharif on June 2nd for inquiries against assets beyond means and alleged money laundering cases.
According to details, Shahbaz Sharif had been already given a comprehensive questionnaire according to NAB’s standard operating procedures in the last hearing.
Shahbaz Sharif has been given time to bring the relevant record with him.
Sources said that Combined Investigation Team will maintain social distancing, and will ensure the availability of sanitizes, masks, fixing of glass walls during sessions with Shahbaz. The interview room will also be disinfected.
Opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif condemned Modi government-sponsored hate campaign against Muslims in India.
Shahbaz Sharif stated on Tuesday that the extremist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has influenced India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
He said that the Indian government was using RSS against Muslims in India. He also said that the Modi government is responsible for the agenda of genocide against minorities, including Muslims.
Shahbaz further said that hatred against Islam and Indian Muslims was wrong.
He said, “Muslims are being treated unfairly and unjustly,”
