As per details, the Spokesperson Pakistan Navy said that Pakistan Navy Relief Operations continued in various parts of the country, amid the novel coronavirus COVID-19 surge.
The spokesperson said Pakistan Navy troops reached out to urban, far-flung rural areas of Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab & distributed rations, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs). Pakistan Navy Spokesperson also added that Protective suits and medical kits were also provided to hospitals.
In addition to this, Pakistan Navy Spokesperson said On Eid ul Fitr, Pakistan Navy authorities reached out & paid tribute to Shuhada families & ensured their wellbeing. PNWA also aimed to educate communities abt safety precautions, extended donations & distributed ration in adjoining villages of Islamabad and Murree.
In April this year The Pakistan Navy distributed ration among the needy citizens in several slum areas in different union councils of the provincial capital.
The spokesperson said that the Pakistan Navy with implementing all efforts to curb the spread of the deadly virus is also actively playing its role in the awareness campaign against the Coronavirus pandemic in addition to serving humanity.
