Federal Minister of Railways Shaikh Rashid has announced to reopen reservation offices across the country after failure in online ticketing system
As per details, Shaikh Rashid announced that due to some errors in online ticketing system, reservation offices in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Quetta, Karachi, Multan, Sukkur, Peshawar will be opened for buying tickets. “The window will be open between 8am to 5pm on Friday and all standard operating procedures will be followed,” he added.
Shaikh Rashid further said the decision has been taken for the convenience of the people.

After a two-month suspension, the Pakistan Railways on Wednesday resumed operations across the country, with warning from the minister concerned that anyone not observing the standard operating procedures will be held accountable. Shaikh Rashid said that all the arrangements were finalised to resume the train operations and the divisional superintendents had been directed to strictly implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
