According to sources, 54 special flights have been scheduled to bring stranded Pakistanis back to their country.
The special flights are likely to take off from different airports in and outside Pakistan from June 11 till 15, the sources revealed.

Through the 54 special flights, approximately 10,000 Pakistanis will be brought back to their homeland, out of which Pakistan International Airline (PIA) will operate 34 of the flights.
According to details, International airlines will also play their role to bring back stranded Pakistanis from around the world. Nine flights for Pakistan will be operated by Emirates airlines, Qatar Airways will operate five, four will be operated by Saudi air whereas, a flight of Srilankan air will bring the passengers back to Pakistan.

The flights will carry Pakistanis back from America, United Kingdom, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Kyrgystan, Saudi Arab, Oman, and Malaysia.
On June 5, Emirates had announced to operate 14 outbound flights from three major cities of Pakistan.
Emirates’ flight operation began on June 8, including a daily flight from Karachi. Five flights from Lahore in a week, and two from Islamabad to Dubai in a week.
