Balochistan government has permitted inter-provincial and inter-district public transport to resume its operation from Monday (today).
However, the government has warned that transport could be stopped if SOPs were not followed.
According to the official notification issued on Sunday, inter-provincial and inter-district transport have been resumed only.
According to sources, SOPs will be followed including disinfection spray in vehicles. in addition to this, hand sanitizers will be provided to passengers in buses and vans. Passengers will sit while maintaining distance and temperatures of passengers will be checked.
Apart from that, passengers, bus drivers, and conductors will be asked to wear masks, only three passengers will be allowed in taxis, only 10 passengers will sit in an 18-seat van. No crowds will be allowed.
