Coronavirus updates: Pakistan reports 103,671 confirmed cases today

Coronavirus cases have been steadily increasing in Pakistan day by day. The number of confirmed Covid-19 cases has reached 103,671 on Monday.

On the other hand, the death toll in Pakistan has reached 2,067 whereas 34,355 patients have recovered.

As per the latest updates, 65 new deaths have been reported in one day.

According to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 4,728 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the last 24 hours.

Over 705,833 tests have been conducted in the country so far.

Coronavirus in Sindh

Sindh has currently 38,108 infections whereas 715 people have died.

Coronavirus in Punjab

There are 38,903 confirmed coronavirus patients in Punjab whereas 683 people have lost their lives.

Cases in KPK

KPK has reported 13,487 Covid-19 infections whereas 575 patients have lost the battle against the virus.

Cases in Balochistan

Balochistan has reported 6,516 confirmed coronavirus cases. On the other hand, 54 patients have died so far.

Cases in Islamabad

The capital city has reported 5329 confirmed cases of the novel virus whereas 52 people have died.

Cases in Gilgit Baltistan

Gilgit Baltistan has reported 932 confirmed cases of coronavirus whereas 13 people have died.

Cases in AJK

Azad Jammu and Kashmir has 396 confirmed Covid-19 cases so far whereas eight patients have lost their lives.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi tests positive for coronavirus

Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has tested positive for coronavirus. Family sources have confirmed that he has isolated himself at home. Other PML-N leaders have decided to conduct tests for coronavirus.
