No decision has been made to reopen educational institutions by July 15, Shafqat Mahmood

Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood said that no decision has been taken to reopen educational institutions by July 15.

Shafqat Mahmood mentioned in his tweet that an inter-provincial ministerial meeting will be held on 2nd July and the decision will be taken after discussion with all the provinces.

He had said this in reply of singer Ali Zafar’s tweet.

Ali had earlier started voting in his tweeted, “Would you agree with Federal Govts proposal/decision to reopen educational institutions by July 15?”

Shafqat Mahmood launches TeleSchool App

Minister for Federal Educational Minsiter Shafqat Mahmood has launched TeleSchool App to get feedback from parents and students.

The Minister said App is aimed at providing a two-way SMS platform to parents and students to respond about TeleSchool initiative, taken to impart education, through distance learning, due to closure of educational institutions as a result of Corona outbreak.
