PM Imran warn of severe outcomes if SOPs not implemented

Prime Minister Imran Khan has warned that if people will not practice Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) devised to curb the spread of virus, it will ultimately put pressure on hospitals.

While meeting with volunteers of Tiger Force, Prime Minister Imran Khan warned of severe outcomes if SOPs not implemented.

He said that We only have one month, we have to do better, Implementation of SOPs is essential. Volunteers have played a vital role for implementing SOPs in each country. People do not understand how important it is to follow SOPs.

Let it be known that the number of positive coronavirus cases in Pakistan has soared to 192,970,with 3,903 as the tally of deaths.

According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 4,044 persons have been tested positive for the dread virus in 24 hours.

Sindh remains the worst-hit province by the pandemic in terms of cases followed by Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

Earlier PM Imran Khan has approved the launch of Corona Tiger Force mobile application.

The sources said that the app which will contain the feature for geo-tagging, the Tiger Force application will also assistance in the smooth running of the team.

Furthermore The prime minister said that youth were asset of the country and their passion for serving the nation was commendable.
