The Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has said that solving the economic problems of the common man is our first priority, therefore unnecessary expenditure has been reduced.
According to details, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar in his statement issued from Lahore said that the Coronavirus pandemic has affected every section and measures were proposed in the budget for the protection of the weaker section.
Usman Bazdar said that relief has been provided to the common man through comprehensive planning, tax relief of Rs. 56 billion has not been given by any government in the history of Punjab.
He further said that instead of giving relief to the people, the opposition in their time hurt them, the former rulers only protected personal interests.
Earlier today, Punjab government has made the use of face coverings mandatory at all public places, during travel, and during business activities.
The Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD), under the Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Ordinance, 2020, enforced measures to control the spread of contagious coronavirus in Punjab. The notification was issued for the general public on Saturday.
