COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa visits Corps Headquarters Peshawar
Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Corps Headquarters Peshawar, where he was briefed on the security situation.
Director General ISPR, Major General Babar Iftikhar, said in a message on the social networking site Twitter that Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Corps Headquarters Peshawar where Corps Commander Peshawar Lt. Gen. Noman Mehmood received the Army Chief on his arrival at the Corps Headquarters.
In his message, the Director General of ISPR said that during the visit, the Army Chief was briefed on the security situation and development works, socio-economic development in the tribal districts.

Director General ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar further said that the Army Chief appreciated the improved border management, installation of fences and the improving security situation and appreciated the cooperation of the security forces with the civil administration in controlling the Coronavirus pandemic.
