Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Japanese Defense Minister Taro Kono had a conversation today.
According to the sources of Japanese embassy, the two sides discussed the role of the global defense administration in preventing COVID-19 through video conferencing.
General Qamar Javed Bajwa briefed the Japanese Minister of Defense on the recent activities and initiatives in Pakistan.

The Japanese minister wrote on Twitter, “Teleconference with General Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff, Pakistan.”
Earlier, The Egyptian Ambassador to Pakistan called on Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Chief of Army Staff met with the Egyptian Ambassador to Pakistan H.E Mr Tarek Mohamed Dahroug and discussed issues related to cooperation in various fields between Pakistan and Egypt.
The sources said that the two expressed satisfaction on trajectory of bilateral relations between both brotherly countries.
