A cracker attack was carried out on the flag stall of Independence Day in Gulshan-e-Hadeed in which five persons were injured.
According to details, a cracker attack was carried out on a stall of flags and badges in Gulshan-e-Hadeed Phase One commercial market in Karachi.
Police officials said that five people including a woman were injured in the cracker blast in Gulshan-e-Hadeed and they have been shifted to the hospital for medical treatment.
Police officials added that panic spread in the area after the blast, while police sealed off the area and launched an investigation.
The statement further said that the injured in the cracker attack were identified as Amir Umar, 18, Danish Niaz, 25, Anusha Junaid, 32, and Afzal Fazal, 30.
