Asim Bajwa will explain details about his assets in few days, says Shibli Faraz
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz said that Lt Gen (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa will issue a clarification on news reports regarding his assets.
Faraz, in a statement on Twitter, said that he had spoken with Bajwa, who will issue a clarification “in detail” about his assets in a few days.

Earlier, Chairman CPEC Authority General Asim Saleem Bajwa has said that CPEC is promoting economic activities under the project.
According to the details, Special Assistant to PM Imran Khan (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa said in a message on Twitter that economic activities at Gwadar port are in full swing.
He wrote on Twitter, “#Gwadar Port Operations: Ship carrying 17000 tons DAP arrived. Being transported to Afghanistan on 550 trucks 60% via Chamman. 1st time bagging of bulk cargo been done locally instead of foreign ports.Local employment generated& transport business boosted #CPEC #CPECMakingProgress”
Bajwa further said that the first bargaining chip has been made locally while CPEC is promoting employment and economic activities under the project.
