Bilawal Bhutto targets PM over Shehbaz’s arrest

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has denounced the arrest of  Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif and demanded his immediate release.

According to the details, in his statement, Bilawal Bhutto said that targeting politicians cannot stop the journey of the Pakistan Democratic Movement.

He said Prime Minister’s sister and special associates have serious allegations against them but the anti-graft body does not summon them either probe them.

He added that Prime Minister Imran Khan is using NAB for political revenge.

Earlier Spokesperson Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Marryium Aurangzeb said that opposition leader Shehbaz Sharif was arrested on the orders of Imran Khan.

She said that even today NAB could not prove corruption of a single penny against Shehbaz Sharif but we accept the decision of the court. We are not afraid of arrest.

Marryium Aurangzeb said that we are not afraid, because our leader is Nawaz Sharif. After the arrest of Shahbaz Sharif, PML-N will look at its future plans.

“Since the last two years, the public has been witness to this spectacle of the NAB trying to subdue emerging voices by using corruption and various other cases.

“The 58-volume document doesn’t have Shehbaz Sharif’s name anywhere but just like the general elections of 2018, it has been decided to rig the upcoming Gilgit-Baltistan polls,” she added.

Shehbaz Sharif Arrested

Opposition in the National Assembly arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Monday after the Lahore High Court rejects his interim bail in a money laundering case.

A large number of PML-N workers, including women, who were at the court to support the former chief minister of Punjab, raised chants against the anti-graft watchdog and the incumbent PTI-led government.
