On Friday, the CNG Association said that all the CNG stations across Sindh will remain closed for two days; Saturday and Sunday.

As per the details, the CNG stations will re-open on Monday at 7:00 am.

A spokesperson to SSGC said that the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) said that the company is receiving less gas from various gas fields. There are several complaints received by the SSGC of low gas pressure due to the gas shortage.

According to the spokesperson, SSGC has a shortfall of 150 MMCFD. Due to the gas crisis, many parts of Karachi faces gas load shedding.

Gas load shedding continues in several areas including Qayyumabad, Liaquatabad, Lines Area, and Usmanabad.

Sanjuro and Zargun gas fields are closed due to annual repairs, told the Sui Gas spokesman.

The spokesperson also highlighted that the gas amount from other gas fields has also been decreased, however, K-Electric continues to supply gas from 190 to 200 MMCFD.
