On Monday, The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced that the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations in Sindh will remain closed on Tuesday for 24 hours.
An SSGC spokesperson said that the decision to close the CNG stations was taken due to the shortage of gas in the system, he added that the company is facing difficulty to meet the gas demand of domestic consumers.
The SSGC spokesperson also said that the CNG stations’ closure order would not apply over RLNG stations.
As per SSGS, the CNG stations across Sindh will reopen at 8:00 am on Wednesday morning.
The CNG stations that would provide services during the period would have its gas supply disconnected, SSGC warned.
