Maulana Fazl Ur Rehman protests against blocking his speech

Maulana Fazl Ur Rehman protested against the All Parties Conference (APC) organizers for blocking his speech.

“The government blocks our speech, but today our speech was blocked at the APC too,” said Fazl Ur Rehman.

“I protest against the blockage of speeches by the organizers at the APC,” he said.

However, the Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman, Bilawal said that on Fazl’s request the meeting is held in camera and that the press conference will be held later. On Bilawal’s clarification, Fazl Ur Rehman said that this is not an in-camera meeting.

According to the media details, PPP leader Shireen Rehman and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader Maryam Aurangzeb had intervened during Fazl Ur Rehman’s speech.

All should resign                                                                                  

The head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) has proposed to resign from the assemblies. The party’s central secretary general Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri has said in a statement that we should immediately resign and join the opposition movement.

“The current government is selected and incompetent,” he was quoted as saying.
