Prime Minister Imran Khan has stated on Monday that Rashakai industrial zone will prove to be a milestone in the development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He was speaking at the agreement-signing ceremony of the Rashakai special industrial zone.
According to the details, speaking at the ceremony, Khan said that because of the CPEC, Rashakai will be the second industrial zone after Faisalabad. Khan also said that will the help of China, his government is working to place industries across the country, and under the CPEC, Pakistan railway’s ML-1 project will be completed.
Khan added that CPEC projects were no longer limited to communication, and Pakistan would have to develop its industries for communication.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prime Minister said the rate of poverty has fallen down in KPK, and the province lacks employment opportunities, due to which it was necessary to establish an economic zone in the province. He said he wants the people of KPK to get employment in the province.
Moreover, Khan stated that the Rashakai industrial zone will create employment opportunities in KPK.
Prime Minister Imran khan while applauding the role of Pakistan in the Afghan peace talks, stated that Pakistan has played a huge role in the Afghan peace talks. He said that peace in Afghanistan will benefit Pakistan and it will create trade opportunities between the neighboring states.
