LAHORE: Former Minister of State Talal Chaudhry has been attacked by unknown assailants, and party sources say his bones have also been fractured.

According to the details, former Minister of State and PML-N leader Talal Chaudhry was attacked by unknown attackers as a result of which he was seriously injured.

Family sources said that Talal Chaudhry was on his way to Madina Town from his home when unidentified persons stopped his vehicle and tortured him.

He was tortured, the PML-N leader suffered a left shoulder injury and severe injuries to other parts of his body and has been shifted to Lahore.

On the other hand, party sources said that Talal Chaudhry is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Lahore due to serious injuries.

He has been kept in the executive room of the hospital. He has sustained severe injuries on his head and back. The bones were also fractured from the spot and they will undergo surgery as per the instructions of the doctors.

Party sources said that Talal Chaudhry was allegedly tortured by the brothers of a female MNA of the Muslim League. The female MNA of the League also belongs to Talal Chaudhry’s city Faisalabad.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister of Pakistan on Political Communication Shahbaz Gill while commenting on the incident said that the incident of harassment of an honorable MNA is unfortunate. The government will take action against Talal Chaudhry and will protect Ayesha from this hooliganism.

He added that this incident brings the real face of PML-N before the people. Talal Chaudhry is a close and reliable companion of Maryam Safdar. This move of Talal is a shameful move for Maryam Safdar and all PML-N. Even in the past, whether it is Khawaja Asif or Talal Chaudhry, he has been saying these nasty words about women.
