Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League President Shehbaz Sharif has said that the nation must forward the vision of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah; not by lip service but by public service.
On Friday Shehbaz Sharif took to twitter, and in his special message on account of the 72nd death anniversary of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah; he wrote:
The more you study the independence movement, the more u learn about the rare political genius Allah had gifted Quaid-e-Azam with. Now it is upon us how we carry forward his mission, not through lip service but through public service that is responsive to people’s aspirations.

Earlier President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi said that the only way to achieve national goals is by following the rules and teachings of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
While addressing media at the Mazar of Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi on Friday after his visit to the Mazar on the occasion of Quaid’s death anniversary today, the President said to become a successful nation, it is obligatory for all of us to follow the steps of the founder of the country.
The President said that the way our nation has defeated the Coronavirus and its spread also speaks volumes of our determination and resolve as the most developed nations are still struggling to deal with this pandemic.
The 72nd death anniversary of the father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is being observed on Friday.
In this connection, a special ceremony of Quran Khawani and Fateha held at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi today.
People from different walks of life visiting the mausoleum to lay a floral wreath on his grave.
To mark the day, various programs have also been chalked out by educational institutions and political, social, and cultural organizations to shed light on the personality and leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Father of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed away on 11th September 1948 shortly after achieving freedom for the nation.
