Another infamous chapter has been added to political history, says Shahid Khaqan Abbasi
Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi...
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that he will file a complaint against the Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Addressing media, the former prime minister said the government is distributing treason certificates and it does not matter what ministers say, Prime Minister Imran Khan is behind treason cases.
He challenged the government minister to come and arrest the ‘traitors’. “I wanted to know who distributes certificate of patriotism so that I can apply for one”, asked Abbasi.
The former premier lashed out at Imran Khan and said “He did not know that sugar was being sold at Rs 110 per kg, he did not know that unemployment was on the rise, the Prime Minister was not even aware that CPEC has been closed.”
Shahid Khaqan said that a case has been registered against the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir and those who serve the country including two former prime ministers of Pakistan have become traitors today.
Traitors are the ones who stopped work on CPEC and increased problems for the masses, he said.
Earlier Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi targeted National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and said the anti-graft body has paralyzed the country’s administrative structure. The former prime minister said that NAB is only making cases against politicians.
The PML-N leader said that the government had passed a malicious bill that had nothing to do with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). In the bill, the government can hack anyone’s computer. He said that Gilgit-Baltistan should be made a province. The former premier added that this hybrid government has failed. The country’s economy has collapsed and unemployment has risen.
