Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi visited coastal areas to review operations preparedness.

According to the Spokesperson Pakistan Navy:

“CNS Adm Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi visited coastal areas to review Ops preparedness. Adm was briefed on Ops of Naval Air Arm at Turbat. On arrival at Gwadar, CNS was apprised on Maritime Security TF-88, Coastal Security & Harbour Defence Force w.r.t Gwadar Port &CPEC projects.”

The Spokesperson said that CNS also visited Jinnah Naval Base & PN Cadet College Ormara. Speaking on occasions, the Adm highlighted imp of maritime security of entire Coast & CPEC. CNS also appreciated the morale, selfless devotion & commitment of troops in defending maritime frontiers of the country.

On Wednesday,  Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi was speaking during a visit to Creeks area. Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi said full utilization of weapons is also important along with the valour to defend maritime boundaries of the country. He said that defending the maritime boundaries is the prime responsibility of the Pakistan Navy, and the Navy is ever ready for it.

The Naval Chief visited forward positions along the south-eastern boundary and met the officers and Jawans deployed there. He was briefed on the dangers in the Cracks area and operational preparedness of the Pakistan Navy.
