Prime Minister Imran Khan has called an important meeting given the increasing coronavirus cases in the country.

As per the details, PM Imran Khan convened a meeting of the National Coordinating Committee (NCC) related to increasing Covid-19 cases on Tuesday (today).

The meeting will review the growing number of corona cases in the country. NCOC officials will brief the Premier on the latest coronavirus-related situation.

The meeting will also consider important issues including closure of educational institutions and SOPs.

Apart from that, important decisions are also expected to be taken at the meeting.

Federal Minister for planning Asad Umar said on Monday that a meeting for the National Coordination Committee has been called to discuss additional measures to overcome the increasing coronavirus cases.

As per the details, Asad Umar took to Twitter and said that the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) discussed additional measures today to control the rising spread of COVID-19.

“Recommendations will be tabled in the NCC being called for tomorrow,” he continued. “Need to take immediate measures which have the most impact on disease spread without curtailing economic activity.”

Punjab minister Mian Aslam Iqbal recovers

Punjab Minister for Industries and Trade Mian Aslam Iqbal has successfully recovered from coronavirus.

Mian Aslam said in a statement, “Thanks to Allah, I have been recovered from the coronavirus.”
