As Bakhtawar Bhutto-Zardari daughter of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto and former president Asif Ali Zardari is set to be engaged on November 27, social media is already flooded with wild guesses and miserable attempts about her fiancé.
A statement issued by the PPP media cell on Saturday said, “President Asif Ali Zardari is pleased to announce, with the grace of God, the engagement of his and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto’s daughter Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari with Mr. Mahmood Chaudhry on November 27, 2020.”
The future husband of Bakhtawar, Mahmood Chaudhry, 30, is the son of businessman Younas Chaudhry. The family is based in the United States and reportedly owns business in Dubai as well.
During the ceremony, all Covid SOPs will be followed and the guests will have to get tested for the virus and email their reports to Bilawal House, the invitation read.
Guests will only be allowed to attend the engagement ceremony after they test negative for the novel coronavirus. The card further adds that no photographs or mobile phones will be allowed inside the venue.
However, social media users went too far and circulated fake pictures of Bakhtawar Bhutto’s fiancé Mahmood Chaudhry soon after the announcement without having any confirmation.
On the other hand, many of the curious Twitter users want Bakhtawar Bhutto to upload a picture of her fiancé to silent all rumors. Wishes also poured in for her better future.

Congratulations @BakhtawarBZ! I told my parents about this and they got emotional saying they remember your birth, how you visited your father in jail, how your mother would always carry you when you were a tiny tot. They send you their duas! ❤
