Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Farooq Sattar has on Sunday informed that he has tested positive for COVID-19 again.
According to the details, Farooq Sattar contracts Coronavirus again after completion of 14 days’ of his isolation period. He was first tested positive on November 14.
While announcing the result of his test, Farooq Sattar said, he has no symptoms of the COVID-19 adding that his wife has also been diagnosed positive for the disease in fresh test.
The MQM leader said that he will continue to remain in quarantine till the diagnostic report turns negative.
Several members of Pakistan’s political class have been reported COVID-19 positive recently after the second wave of Coronavirus recorded a major spike across the country.
Moreover, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had also contracted novel coronavirus and went into the isolation and remained in touch with political activities via the video link.
He, in his tweet, had informed, “I have tested positive for #COVIDー19 & am self-isolating with mild symptoms. I‘ll continue working from home & will be addressing PPP foundation day via video link. Wear a mask everyone, see you on the other side IA.”

The politician went into self-isolation after his political secretary Jameel Soomro tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
Earlier, PPP’s Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and Qamar Zaman Kaira had also announced that they had contracted the virus as well.
